    trowbridge, wiltshire, 2001-2004

    At the invitation of the District Council, masterplanning of 100 acres of the county town of Wiltshire with the objective of restoring the fragmented town centre to a coherent traditional design.  In parallel, the acquisition via two joint venture SPVs of three contiguous sites totalling 7 acres including an existing shopping centre and former supermarket extending from the High Street to the southern ring road and rescheming as a new, prime retail area for the town together with ancillary residential , office and leisure, supported by underground parking.
